Visa Application:

When applying for a visa these are the requirements:

Personal Requisites

 

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of departure
  • Family book
  • Identification card
  • Parent's information ( if still alive: surname / given names / date of birth / birth place)
  • Partner's information ( in case of having a partner: surname / given name / date of birth / birth place)
  • 1 colored passport photo (in which both ears can be seen)
  • Employer's declaration
  • For businessmen and extract or permit issues by the Chamber of Commerce of Suriname
  • School declaration (for school going children)
  • Most recent salary transcript
  • Most recent bank statement
  • Ownership papers (land card, etc.) Transport certificate
  • Visa cost ˆ60 per person, should be paid when application is introduced
Requisites of the referent*

 

  • An original invitation or guarantee declaration (in the case of municipality requests)
  • A copy of the passport or identification card (the passport page with the photo must be copied)
  • Most recent salary transcript*
