GENERAL TERMS



Asha's Travel Service is a service provider that sells airline tickets and acts as an agent between you and the airline company.


BOOKINGS
After you give the reservations department the order to make a reservation, you will receive an invoice which is considered as a booking confirmation. After that moment, tariffs given are binding. We advice you to control the information and in case of mistakes to inform us immediately. Modifications at a later stage can bring high costs which we are not responsible for.

If you book telephonically more than one month before departure and the ticket does not need to be printed directly, a down-payment in advance will be enough. As soon as your complete payment has been added to one of our bank accounts, your ticket will printed and sent to you.

If you book a ticket which must be printed directly, then you need to keep yourself to the term of payment and must make your payment at us before 16.00 on the last payment day. Only then, we can guarantee the agreed tariff. In that case we advice you to urgently make an emergency payment, since the transfer, in most cases, still takes place on the same day.

AIRPORT TAX / SECURITY AND GASOLINE APPROPRIATION
As long as the tickets booked by us are not entirely paid (and printed), the airport tax can vary. Differences starting from 10 euro will be charged. Subsequent taxes such as security and fuel allowances must also be charged. We advice you to pay off the tickets as soon as possible although that is not a requirement of our payment terms.

FLIGHT MODIFICATIONS AND FLIGHT IMPLEMENTATION
Flight schedule changes before departure will be reported to you by Asha's Travel service. We advice you to compare the times in the ticket with these.

Also if your travel is interrupted by a stop longer than 24 hours it will be necessary to confirm the connecting flight. Asha's Travel Service is not responsible for the implementation of the reserved flights. For this we refer you to the conditions of the airline company.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELATION
Modifications or cancelations by the customer can take place taking into account the costs. Possible date modifications after departure (always dependent on availability) must be requested through the airline company in the country of destination. Cases in which the insurance company does not cover the cancellation costs (e.g. conflict and violence in place of destination) are not valid reasons to make cancelations free of charge. This applies also if a negative travel recommendation is given. The cancellation costs, as indicated on the invoice, apply in such cases.
